A late Autumn stroll thru Madison’s (Wisconsin)Tenny Park. This is one of my favorite bridges in Tenny Park to photograph. They lower the water levels in the Tenny Park lagoon in preparation for the coming Winter. We use to visit this park quite regularly while i was growing up to have family picnic’s and to feed all the 100’s of ducks who spent their Summer’s here. Our city officials have since banned feeding the water foul at this park unfortunately……..

What a wonderful picture..where is this at..you named the town..I just love bridges and this one is so beautifull..Sherri :):)
Thank you very much for the wonderful compliment Sherri. Thank you for bringing that up, i’ll add the state to it’s description. This bridge is located in one of Madison, Wisconsin’s prettiest city parks built around a lagoon that’s fed by our largest lake…Lake Mendota.

Thanks alot, isn’t that where the famous Madison covered bridge is at also..maybe I got that wrong..
Sorry Sherri but you’re misstaken on that one…i bet you’re thinking about the bridges of Madison County which i believe is in one of the south eastern states. Do a google search on the Bridges of Madison County and that should help you. There’s quite a few towns, cities and counties across the USA named Madison. The city of Madison, Wisconsin is named after James Madison, the 4th president of the USA.
