I think that this is the first blue barn that i’ve ever seen…..which just happens to be my favorite color. Image taken the day after a fierce blizzard passed thru my region of southern Wisconsin dumping over 2’ of snow on us.

Hi Lynne….nice to recieve a compliment from a Wisconsin native. I’m a Wisconsin native born and raised in the Madison area. What region of the state are you in? I have a picture of one blue barn…that’s it! I’m from west central WI…
I’ve seen yellow, red, gray, green and brown but never blue until this one that i found and it’s just a short distance from my home lol….

I have a blue barn … I don’t think I have a full photo but I am going to look for a picture to show you. Your photo of the barn is excellent and the lean-too’s behind the barn are also blue.

Thank you linmarie….it was the stark colors of th blue barn against the whitewashed surroundings…i couldn’t help but love this barn when i seen it after photographing it. Blue is also my favorite color :-)
