Damn Im in awe another brilliant sunset shot. The boat is just in the right spot as well. Your patience has paid off again.

Thanks, actually patience wasnt the issue here, sitting on a beach with that view going snap every 5 seconds to get the right one…!
Plan to get a canvas print of this one, others have helped me recognise its beauty!

what lens and camera settings did you use for this?

Thanks, nothing special, I used a Canon EOS400D with automatic settings and the 75-300 zoom lens…. would love to say I mastered the camera’s capabilities with manual control, but alas, the auto settings generally work well for me.
I used to use a Fujifilm 500 which I think gave better colour on the zoom for sunsets…. play and enjoy.
