Hippo Hysteria


This Hippo (in the Kazinga Channel in Uganda ) is a new and protective mother, she was letting us know in no uncertain terms to “back off”. I was lucky enough to take multiple images of her attempted attack, and this is one of them.

    I got a few pods of hippos, babies being protected by all, in Zimbabwe. This is a stunning action shot and I must remember to take multiple images for some with animals -. Fantastic. Liz
