Aunt Helen gave this set to me many years ago. I dedicate this to her in remembrance and with love.

Cameras and photography captured my interest years ago as a child with my little Brownie. The cameras have changed over the years until the Digital age when I got really serious about photography. Not only has my work improved, but it has opened many doors to meeting wonderful people along the way. New friendships and learning new skills… I am hopeful that some of my best work is yet to come.

This is so very lovely and it’s value is priceless! I’ve got a set that my mother gave to me from years ago with flowers on them. Things like this help me keep a connection with loved ones and the precious memories we shared together. Very well done!

  • Thank you Vivian. I agree with you. I hope that i always have this with me.

  • Thank you so very much for the feature. I just love this little tea set. I have had it in my family for nearly 50 years and I do not know how long Aunt Helen had it in hers. So very special.

Lovely shot Majorie. A heirloom indeed. Must be quite something to serve afternoon tea at your house. Love the square tea plates. Simply delightful for savouring scones with strawberry preserve and clotted cream. I received a tea canister similar to this for Christmas. Same shape but a different design From Fortum and Mason in London!!

  • Thank you so much, Jayne. The bottom of the tin says ‘Design by Daner Long Island, NY Made in England.’ I wish I could remember where I found it… most likely an antique shop, But I think it is just so pretty.
