Making a sculpture stage 9 Elliot A beautiful white Squirrel much loved. by

Sculpted in fine clay then cast in Hydrostone. This sculpture is then airbrushed and clear varnished. From the original sculpture by Alex Gardiner.

He lives in the mountains of North Carolina with a good friend of Kay Kempton Raade and Melinda Page. Their friend is a nurse by the name of Jennifer Burgin. Jen is also a wildlife Rehabber. Elliot is a non-releasable squirrel because of all kinds of physical problems, and is the sweetest little guy you could ever meet. He is the latest Squirrel sculpture and is a twin brother to PR. They were both born into the R.B community . Elliot apologizes for not saying hello but he is a shy little creature. I again would like to thank Melinda and Kay and also Jennifer for looking after and caring for Elliot.
The Auld Yin.

I am situated in the beautiful Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia. I create my sculptures in the scenic town of Bullaburra which is at an altitude of 2,500 feet, between Penrith and the famous tourist town of Katoomba. I hope you enjoy my passion for sculpting and collecting all types of exciting Animal sculptures.

Alex, he is wonderful! I sent Jen a link to Elliot’s name sake right away. I can’t wait for her to see this. Kay’s and my photos along with your great work sculpting has been such fun to watch the whole little critters evolve from your first lump of clay. I will send more photos tomorrow.

  • Thanks Melinda if you like it, I love it, because you do and thanks again for all your help and encouragement. You and Kay have been marvellous
