Colin Webb wonders why he can’t get the power of his BMW down to the road.
The photographer loosed off 2 frames and ran for his life!

Confirmed Petrol Head first and foremost, who happens to enjoy photography as a hobby.
I was bitten by the motor sport bug at a young age and prefer long distance sports car racing over single seaters. I also love the passion and enthusiasm of the owners and drivers of historic race cars and find this form of motorsport, as well as rallying, the most spectacular because of the lower grip levels and loose style of driving employed.

Haha … You really need to keep your wits about you in this game … but looks like you lived to tell the tale!
    Great capture Willie :-)

  • Thanks Robin. Its trajectory was actually slightly to the right of me but I was really worried how that trajectory might easily change if it hit a bank/ditch/tree (you choose). Funny how much you can think of in a split second!

I felt a bit like an African infantryman, standing in the middle of the streeet loosing off at nothing in particular before diving back into cover!
    Thanks Bill.
