Colin Chapman’s first mid engined car gave him his first F1 win with Innes Ireland in April 1960, followed by the first ever Lotus Grand Prix victory with Stirling Moss Driving at the Monaco GP in May 1960.

I was bitten by the motor sport bug at a young age and prefer long distance sports car racing over single seaters. I also love the passion and enthusiasm of the owners and drivers of historic race cars and find this form of motorsport, as well as rallying, the most spectacular because of the lower grip levels and loose style of driving employed.
