Philip Hall in an Arrows Formula 1 car during the Masters 1966-1985 Grand Prix Cars race, Silverstone Classic, 23rd/24th/25th July 2010.
Initially covering the period between 1968 to 1978 (arrival of the 3 litre Cosworth up to the start of the ‘Ground Effect’ era), last season Masters extended the period to include the final days of the non turbo era between 1983 & 85.

Not the world’s most successful Grand Prix car, Warsteiner sponsorship afforded the employment of Riccardo Patrese and Jochen Mass who, between them, secured 11 World Championship Points and 7th place in the Constructors Title.

Confirmed Petrol Head first and foremost, who happens to enjoy photography as a hobby.
I was bitten by the motor sport bug at a young age and prefer long distance sports car racing over single seaters. I also love the passion and enthusiasm of the owners and drivers of historic race cars and find this form of motorsport, as well as rallying, the most spectacular because of the lower grip levels and loose style of driving employed.
