Not taking anything away from an excellently done birch tree, but the light reflections on the snow, in my opinion is what pushes this piece to the top. Beautiful and skillfully done.

birch is my favorite tree, it has a mind of its own and always so clean and proud looking, fresh and astute, and you made this birch just look like that, brilliant, LOVE IT

love it, looks like the curly birch in my front yard,, I love them so much, esp, when start peeling their bark,, been harvesting only pieces that naturally fall off to cover a wooden box with,, you did them beautiful justice here,, and happy it is the center of focus in the painting, peace and love linmarie
