Aztec Beetle

William Monet

Northwood, United Kingdom

Artist's Description

So having noticed that each time I create a piece I am never really in control this really is odd that anything is being created at all. The manifest beetle is something that was and could have been anything else and I’m not sure what compelled me to create the piece as I have done. as I mention with the other pieces I’m not sure I do create anything, it seems that the images are just created from their own mixture. Of course I am used as a tool of sorts in order to push this or place that but, eventualy when the piece is created I have had no prior thought to what exactly it will be, in fact I have no clue as to what im making. This process is almost berreft of my own influence and although they are manifest creations from a conscious individual, they are and probably will be absolutly different each time I go to create. The lines and the colours and the placement and painting is of course part of my conscious effort as well as the combination of randomness, and yet this piece can never be recreated because as with all of my pieces, I delete the inspiration and the file. This like every other piece will never be replicated.
