    Thanks! To be perfectly honest, I’m not sure however I’ve got this photo mapped on flickr if you want the location (approx. 38°49’32”S, 146°6’44”E), time and date. It’s taken looking approx WNW.

    yep had a look , certainly orion , you can make out the three stars in the belt above the top left star (betelgeuse)
