She is a Dilute Calico kitty. Her name is Mia.

I had to take Mia today to our vet, Joanne. I asked him if he thought Mia was a dilute calico, or ragdoll. He said she could be both… that she could even have some siamese or Himalayan in her. He said she could be a combo of things, and or a pure breed. He said anyone can write down a name on a piece of paper, but it doesn’t make them what they write. So true, huh!! Anyway, we could do a DNA test to find out exactly, which would be awesome, but it’s costly. Soooo, from this point forward, I’m calling her a combo of breeds. hehehe

She’s a calico, but her colors are less prominent, therefore, she’s a DILUTE calico. = ) Many people say she looks like a ragdoll, her paper work says “dilute calico”. I had never heard of dilute calico before we adopted her.
       

Mia is my model, I shoot her all the time. Gosh, that sounds wrong…. ha ha ha = ) I wonder if she is ragdoll, so many people mention that. When we adopted her, the paper work said dilute calico, but what if THEY were wrong? Though our vet has never said differently. I researched yesterday dilute kitties, and ragdolls. With a dilute calico, it’s stated they still have the gold eyes like a typical Calico… My Mia has the bluest of eyes. Hmmmm…. Maybe she is part ragdoll/dilute calico. I’ll have to research further. =)

I think I saw a pic of your tortie… is that your calico you refer to? Aren’t kitties great!
The siamese you commented on, is peeing in my parents house, and bullying there other cat. She was a rescue (they brought her in when her owners abadoned her)... so now they are trying to find her a home. She’s peed in several spots in their home. Not good!
