I am afraid I again think HDR has not worked here, maybe subtley it would have worked for me. The processes has increased exposure in the shadows to such a degree it is very noisey in those areas. The composition is as always a winnter though. I would be interested to see a non HDR version?

I have a few photographer friends that use Photomatrix and have expressed the same feelings as mine, that it has a very limited control. Have you ever considered exposure blending kim?

Okay, if you are enjoying it then just ignore me :) One thing though, you dont actually need to take more than one photograph to do exposure blending. Its obviously much better if you can, for quality reasons. Just use one file, open it twice in PS and set different exposures, you can do as many files like this, then use layers and the eraser tool to reveal different parts of the photo. You are obviously shooting in RAW right??
