Are we indifferent to Animals? (From the Heart.)
This is how I am feeling as always,the Animals are suffering and yet the donations are flooding in for Humans!
Why?
Are we fighting a losing battle?
Do people really care?
Are Humans the only deserving cause?
When we attempt to make people aware.
The devastation of the wildfires
Have ravaged the Australian land
But what about the wildlife!
They too need a helping hand
Their world has suffered,even more so
Than Humans in so many ways
The natural habitat they dwell in
Cannot be repaired in just days
The support for the wildlife is really so sad
Seems Humans deserve all the aid
The money rolls in for the people
Not for the wildlife,i’m afraid.
So spare a thought for the animals there
The burnt paws,Singed Fur, Dehydration
Lets get the support and show that we care
For all animals, in this situation.
Each penny will be spent on the ailing
Treating every creature in need
So come on donate, by buying some work
Make This Day, the day you did a good deed.
The animals give us much pleasure
No matter where in the World they Dwell
Time to donate a couple of dollars
Time to make the Animals Well.
When I think of all of the artwork
As they pose for the camera,so cute
The animals are our future
Without them what will you shoot?
They pose, in their endearing way
Looking beautiful as they romp and play
Their future is now in our hands for a while
So please, just don’t look away.!

Awesome Cynthia, especially the last two paragraphs. I think anyone who classes themselves as a wildlife photographer should at least donate a piece of artwork, as it is the very creatures they derive their enjoyment and sometimes profit from that are in peril. Well done xxxx

I am so sad about the situation,and yet as I have sold some works in the last day or so…I am happy knowing the funds go directly to the wildlife.
