This doe was listening to the children playing, not too far from where she was standing. This was taken July 2012 at Potlatch/Cooks Lake nature center in Casscoe, Ark USA, with a SanyoVPC-E2100. Only editing done was to remove a boat she was standing by. ( I wish the rocks could move…). They’re not too afraid of people, the children were about 50 ft away, as was I, and they were noisy!! She resumed grazing after this shot. My camera chip was full by this time, and was only able to get 2 shots. But I stood there enjoying her for a long time. And she let me!!

I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days(remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my camera goes. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” Soon as I figure out how to do it, I’m gonna give it heck!..Its fun trying, though..There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!
