This is actually a wildflower, here in Arkansas,USA. Its a Daylily, a bulb plant. They mostly grow along areas with water, but you do see them in fields, also. Its beautiful driving and seeing these by the thousands, they are NOT endangered at all! Springtime in Arkansas is beautiful, we’re kind of tropical, and have thousands of wildflowers, we are blessed in this way. I dug these up out of a road ditch years ago, and now I’m blessed….Shot spring 2012 with a SanyoVPC-E2100.

I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days(remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my camera goes. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” Soon as I figure out how to do it, I’m gonna give it heck!..Its fun trying, though..There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!

BEAUTIFUL work
Superb macro, you are getting good at these, Excellent
Daylilies are a fantastic plant to have in one’s garden. Actually the daylily is more of a tuberous root than a bulb. This natural variation is Hemerocalis fulva “Kwanso” Great shot!
