This was a comical sight. All these big Bumble Bees riding these red clover blooms. There was a stiff breeze blowing, and the blooms were bobbing and bucking like broncos. There were 40 or so bees, and at a given moment, they would all change horses,(blooms). All at one time, like it was rehearsed. I could get quite close to them to photo them. It was weird. Taken this spring in Eastern Arkansas USA with a SanyoVPC-E2100.

bumble bee, stinging insect, red clover, meadow, nature, flower, wildflower

I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days (remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my cameras go. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!
