NOW I know where they got the inspiration for the Art Gift Line. ….TRUE STORY…Winter is when I go around to homesteads and photo barns and tractors. No wasps or snakes. So far this season I’ve had 2 groups of dogs try to eat me, one came snarling IN the van window. I beat it with my camera case!! So…I pull up to this deserted looking farm. Honk horn. Twice. Nothing. I get out to walk the 100 or so yds to photo the old tractor I saw from the highway. I see fresh HUGE dog ‘Signs’ all over the place. UH-uh I thought. NOT a good feeling. I hear a noise, then this dog came FLYING out of the barn AT me, snarling. Ya’ll, I’m talking Hair, Teeth and Eyeballs. I’m 50yds from ANY shelter, only have my camera for a weapon. My mace, etc is still IN the van. I’m about to freak, the dog slides to a stop. LEAPS up on me, and begins to…LICK ME TO DEATH!! It was so bizarre…Then the gentleman that owns the farm came out, turned out to be distant kin. I love small towns….Got some great shots. I’ll NEVER forget THIS dog. Taken January 2012 outside Stuttgart,Ark USA with a SanyoVPC-E2100.

I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days (remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my cameras go. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!

Ohhhh, you really had me going there for a minute! I thought for sure you were going to live the rest of your life with fang marks on your arm. Such a relief to learn the dog is actually “in the family”! Glad you didn’t use the mace!
