This was me at about 9 years old, we’ll just say mid 1960s. This was the MOST wonderful Christmas EVER. My folks totally indulged my artistic side. This is a Learn To Draw Set by Jon Gnagy. He was to MY generation, what Bob Rosse is to today’s. He had a TV show , too. I remember him well, I bet a lot of Boomers do, too! I also got the largest set of Crayola Crayons on the market, about 200 in the box,( one a lot like this one). I remember just SITTING there GRINNING for a LONG time. Pride of ownership I guess. I was the ENVY of the neighborhood over the crayons. I made everyone put them EXACTLY back the way they came out. I think this was a Brownie camera photo. Happy Days…..
I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days (remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my cameras go. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!
