This was a white petunia at Walmarts garden center, E. Arkansas USA in 2012. I knew what I wanted, but couldn’t GET it. I took a bunch of flower shots, ran and loaded them on the imaging machine in the camera dept, just to see what I had. Was disappointed, deleted, and tried again…And again. It was a VERY windy day, and was hard to get clear shots. Plus, I was almost late for an appointment, and was stressing. It’s funny, the employees are used to me taking photos, and actually HELD the flower still while I got my LAST photo. And it was the one I wanted!!! I love this photo, its on of my favorites….Taken with a SanyoVPC-E2100, straight from the camera.

I’ve had a camera in my hand since the old Swinger Camera days (remember those?). EVERYWHERE I go, my cameras go. My friends and family gave up trying to separate us a long time ago….But I’m relatively new to digital photography. I keep saying “Where have you been all my life…?” There are so many beautiful images on Red Bubble. I’m SO inspired!
