Thankyou for taking the time to view my gallery :) I actually only have a small digital camera so the zoom isn’t that great. I wasnt zoomed in at all but was lucky to get this shot before they ran right up to me (I had a bag of bread to feed them!)

You mean they came up that close and didn’t whack you with their 2×4 wings? I use to have to hang out my washing with a rake behind my back!! I will have to scan some of those old prints and negs! They were absolute dags and scared the living daylights out of grown men!! Eventually I learned how to have them not attack me! And they loved Jonesy! They would run and fly after him down the driveway as he left and when he came home, they would be honking before he even got home! Mum wasn’t so impressed – they use to go up to her house and not let her get out of the car… (I would hear Mum blowing the horn on the car so I would have to go and get them and herd them home!!!!) But I did love the HONKS! :)))))
