Studley Grange, Swindon, Wiltshire, UK

This was the first time that I had seen glasswing butterflies, I have to say they made the visit worth it as the brochure said that the butterfly farm was for all seasons and there would be hundreds of exotic butterflies to see summer or winter……………however apart from about 50 glasswings there were about 5 other species of butterflies of which there were only 2-3, a bit of a let down.

An exquisite insect, Sharon, I’ve never seen one. Can you imagine what it must be like to see them flying freely…..?
