You remembered me all this time, me, the girl who caught your eye
A torch you’ve held until this time, for me, amazingly
We’ve both found love and lost love, and now we are both free
To spend the time together, get to know each other, patiently
You live north, I live south, this will make our relationship challenging
We both agreed we will take our time, let this love blossom, it’s our destiny
Despite our different worlds, we will take our chance, there’s a good probability
Our love will last the test of time; it’s what we’ve both been seeking and wanting
We can overcome the gossip, the prying eyes and intensive probing
You’re my torch, my steering light, taking me on a journey, your heart the pilot guiding
Sweeping me up and holding me softly, your arms around me, assuring and protecting
My vulnerability slowly easing with every moment of your touch so that I am slowly floating
Accepting your loving, accepting your being, bringing back that young lovers feeling
Not a day goes by that I do not smile; I wake and think of you, so caring and charming
Remembering me, finding me, and now loving me
Taking me and showing me that love is really there to see
It’s not a shadow; it’s not a game, not an illusion, not even maybe

As a song goes, I’ve got that loving feeling. Enjoyed the fun you had writing this as I sensed the emotion in the words of that young lovers feeling again. That speaks plenty for the whole written work you created here because it sums it up as words spoken from the heart. To smile, and get up feeling refresh and to be in that wonderful state of mind after the troubling times each one of you had before. Wow, seems so nice to see you in a happy mood again and renewing a new beginning of a wonderful relationship. The good part about it all is that each one knows that living apart is a challege, and your frame of mind is to make it work.

Life is full of challenges and sometimes the challenge is only one way… surprises come when you least expect them as I often find… when you look for love you think its disappeared, non existent, then when you’re not looking it hits you like a train….. a wonderful feeling although as ever, very cautious…. thank you so much for your lovely comments Oscar…

Yes, always cautious, but be brave, always remember you are someone special for someone special, and when it hits, don’t shy away from it. Nourish it, but be careful what you cook, in the end you will find that special person, never close the door because time heals, times make things become real, and love is the real deal, don’t let it be a heal, when you find it make sure to bag it and put a seal, and celebrate it with a nice homemade meal. Okay, I won’t take much of your time anymore because precious moments can be a steal!
