As the sun rose
in the clear morning sky,
birds flying swiftly
way up high
A breeze gently blowing
singing a soft lullaby
through the trees,
grasses and standing rye
I stopped and watched
a beautiful magpie
dancing on a post
where the seas of poppies lie
Oblivious of his audience
he didn’t appear shy
he looked in high spirits
happily I gave a sigh
Before he took flight
in the clear morning sky

This is so light and cheerful. What a way to start a day (it’s morning over here)! Thanks!

Such a gentle persuasion about the glorious day as you introduce us to the making of a beautiful free spirit as the emotions of the flight of the magpie. It touches us in simpliity with a charming desposition of being in flight inside this birdie because you set the eyes inside of us by using the spirit within the feathered creature of nature. F_A_N_T_A_S_T_I_C work you have created.
