Dusk underneath the Orwell Bridge, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.
The Orwell Bridge was opened for traffic in 1982. It is part of the A14 road linking the Midlands to England’s busiest freight port; Felixstowe. The Orwell is a tidal river as far as the old Saxon port Ipswich.
The main span between the two central pillars is 190 metres.
At that time it was the longest pre-stressed concrete span in use.
Seeing it being built was fascinating.
Taken on my Samsung compact camera which doesn’t have any enhancing features at all.
Below is as the photo would look as a Framed Print ( 2 versions )

I love this, why not consider adding it to the Artists of Norfolk and Suffolk Group?
