The Duomo is the highest building in Florence, Italy standing at 107 metres / 351 feet. Building started in 1296 and it was finally completed in 1436. The dome was designed by Filippo Brunelleschi. The slender tower to the left of the dome is the Campanile. It is 84.7 metres / 277.9 feet high and was completed in 1359. It was designed by Giotto di Bondone.
