The Future
I have no idea why this fireplace is here or even who built it. My guess is, it was part of a building errected by the early settlers or whalers of New Zealand.
Fireplace of tombstone, it struck me as a poignant reminder to the effects we’re having on our planet through our love affair with fossil fuels and the imminent danger of global warming and rising sea levels etc. The sign of things to come maybe…...
