I have spent most of my life working at least two jobs to get by as a single mother with no support and then when my daughter was raised just keeping the roof over my head and the bills paid. I didn’t mind it because I have always believed a person should work hard, that is until I got cancer. That is when I began to think of the things that were really important in life. I had a clue before and always appreciated my world but made a pact with myself to no longer make work my near entire focus. There were too many more wonderful things that I would give that honor too in the future.
