SIMPLE -tripod is a must, self timer (maybe 10 seconds) and a whole lotta jumping!

It can be hard in uncontrolled settings but I lucked out for the most part. So, I take the photos (in this case 3 photos) and layer them together, then simply erase the spaces where I am throughout the photo to reveal the action seamlessly.

It gets hard when the clouds move fast or the camera gets bumped, etc.
