To me, this drawing looks so simple; yet, the effect is quite incredibly strong! It’s not just a simply case of putting in contrasting black/white, neither; as there is plenty of careful shading/tones being put in there, too; but, these tones are ever so subtle; that you hardly notice it which is amazing; not too much/not too little/but, instead, truly just enough; that is the mark of a true artist in my view! Added to which the wonderful sense of correct proportions makes everything look so ‘real’. Beautiful! BRILLIANT! ;-)
