Well I’ve been away this week on a training course, I’ve been on the outskirts of Lemington Spa, Warwickshire. The venue, Ashorne HIll is a grade II listed mansion house that dates back to the Doomsday Book. The grand hall is quite something ! The mansion is set in 35 acres of beautiful grounds with some stunning gardens.
The course was roughly 9 till 5 which of course at this time of year limits the scope to get some shots
(yes I know I was at work and meant to be learning, not indulging in my obsession !)
So it was down to early morning (those who know me understand that I despise early starts) or night shots.
This is a shot of what I assume is a bird bath (certainly not a fountain) surrounded by some great trees and shrubs, the bench faces out over the picturesque Warwickshire countryside.
This is the same angle as the night shot, but taken 12 hours later at sun up.
It was fecking cold, but then back into building for a full English, I fecking swear I got bigger !
