This reminds me of a stunning outlandishly colored coral reef fish, the Parrot Fish.

Found on a rusting WWII vintage Higgins boat.
Oxidized paint on the boat plus some lubricating oil from long ago seeped down the sides of the decrepit vessel, creating some wonderful rainbow effects.
