Located in Northern California, is McArthur Burney Falls in Shasta County in the McArthur Burney Falls Memorial State Park… it’s one of the few waterfalls that flow year round in California, due to the water source coming from underground springs. The springs produce about 100 million gallons of water per day. When you walk down the hiking trail to the base of these falls, you walk through natural air conditioning, as the falls keep it rather cool, which sure feels refreshing during the middle of summer!
