Once far below,
I fall through ice,
Toward earth.
Broken wings,
Have failed my flight,
Spiralling down,
Too fast’
Once I flew,
Above the clouds,
Never touching
Just flying.
Now I see,
What waits below,
I am frightened,
As I fall.
Cast out and down,
Not favoured,
Nor loved,
Among Angels.
I fall,
Repented to none,
Wishing for the end,
To reach me.

such a sad, hopeless feeling comes through this beautiful writing… ah… it’s never easy trying to achieve a balance, soaring too high can be as dangerous as falling too low, and yet remaining somewhere neutral in the middle feels like being in limbo, a kind of ‘no man’s land’, I really believe that we can ‘Think’ ourselves into wellness, sometimes our own sense of loss and bleakness can engulf us and make it hard to find a way out, but life is ever changing in unexpected ways, and you never know who or what lies just around the corner… this thought and an inherent sense of curiosity, keeps me going at times. (((hugs 2 u))) xox

I go through the same thought process, but then, some days, I think my mind is just playing games with me.
