Seasons.

Spring seems like a slipper,
That summer wears to keep warm.
Summer is the childhood,
Of Autumns final call.
Autumn is winter’s lover,
Touched with golds and browns.
Winter is spring’s blanket,
Protecting it from harm.
Seasons intermingle,
Like friends that come to call.
Each bring something different,
To the gathering of the year.
