A panorama stitched together from six or so photos. I make these kind of panoramas all the time. I like them because the multiple shots do something a bit weird when they’re all together – more attenuated perspectives, a heightened sense of reality or something. You definitely don’t get the same effect from cropping a single image. Panoramas also remind me of colonial paintings of Australia, which always manage to evoke a strong sense of place that is both a captured moment and also quite timeless.
