hmmm… I’m not totally convinced one can always 100% be responsible for their happiness… especially if they live in a war-torn area or have depression.

i think for me, is that when one starts practising this belief of being 100% responsible for ones happiness.. is that you stop blaming others or expecting others to fullfill your expectations. Just to get to that point, successfully – would change ones life greatly… Ive been doing it for 12 years now..

It certainly STARTS somewhere .. .and like with anything Practice makes perfect eh :) It’s an attitude anyway … happiness … a way of looking at things no matter where we are or what situation we are in … in that way … we ARE 100% responsible for how WE live our lives and how we let Life lead us, IMHO anyway :)
