Silver and Old
A macro taken of a really old cactus on Teneriffe island last December. Taken with a Pentax k20D and a Sigma 50 mm 1:2.8 macro.
Can´t really remember how far I was from the cactus, maybe about 5 cm?
I did do just a teeny bit of enhancement to bring out the silver more, as it truly was a really metallic silver. I have no idea how this happens. There were quite a few really old cacti around with these silvery markings.
Seen with my Gernan/ Irish soul through Irish eyes ;o)
