Taken the evening before the race….Swiftsure – an international sailing race that takes place every May, in Victoria, Vancouver Is., British Columbia.
The inner harbour is full of boats moored there awaiting the morning start.
At twilight, every evening, the lights of the BC Legislature are lit and frame the historic building. Snowcapped mountains can be seen in the distance.
