Taken in Old Tailem Town, a museum of life in the 1800’s, South Australia.
These cases make me wonder who used them, where did they go, what was their life like? How far have they travelled.

I love the herringbone pattern on the floor along with the aging textures on the suitcases.. it brings so much of the old world feel to this image.

I have some tin trunks just like this – perhaps I’ll take them to Tailem Bend rather than letting them rust! Lovely shop and design.
