Nice work Wendi. Like the repetitive patterns with the ropes and the texture of the deck
Thanks Andy! Pleased you like it.

Oh yes, this is great work Wendi, fabulous range of tones and textures, and wonderfully processed to give it that truly timeless feel.
Aw, thanks my dear!! It was definitely a feast for the eyes…but too bad it got dark so quickly.

Great repetitive patterns Wendi – looks awesome in b&w!
Thanks Sharon….I debated it in colour – but somehow it seemed ‘old world’ and the B&W suited it better….It did lift the textures too. Cheers.

The b&w really shows the textures of the ropes well. Excellent work!
Yes, I agree – the colour version didn’t do them justice!! Cheers, Denise.

Great textures and shapes! Well seen :)
Thank Lynn….. the colour version was interesting too, but somehow the B&W did more. Cheers.

Hi Wendi :D
Lovely shot – I see you have a G9 :D great little things eh? I love my 10!
Hi Pamela….yes, it’s a great camera – I don’t care for the ultra teeny ones. This line of cameras is a very good one! Thanks my friend!

There is nothing like a lot of old rope to capture one’s interest and this is a fine example. What makes it for me is the tied up larger rope in the foreground. Great B&W, lovely textures too. Marvellous Mindi!
Aw! Denis….you’re a gem…thanks for your very thoughtful comments, my friend!! Cheers.
