Empress Falls in the Valley of the Waters. Temperate rainforest comprising of mainly sassafras,coachwood,tree ferns,lilly pilly & some red cedar,clusters around Valley of the Waters Creek as it chatters and gurgles down its valley towards its junction with Jamison Creek.Myriad waterfalls fill the air with their hiss,rock warblers,honeyeaters and scrubwrens flit through the dense cover And the songs of the eastern whipbird And superb lyrebird feverberate from the crags.Blue Mountains National Park NSW Australia..Nikon D60 ,@18mm, 8s, @f/22, ISO 100. tripod used.

  • Looks a little out of focus at the top but a mix of rain & fog make it a bit hard to get a clear image,got some good ones from a lower perspective but I also got alot of water on the poor D60..LOL.thanks Bev!
