I’m a 20 something geek, who loved photography when I was younger and could never afford the hobby. Well now I’m older with a job that affords me my pursuits of happiness. I take pictures for me first and foremost. I’m a nature and architecture kinda guy so most of my shots are of those subjects. I don’t like a whole lot of this newfangled photoshoppin’ so I keep my alterations (intrusions) as minimal as possible.

My camera will get me killed one day. I have so far almost fallen into a freezing bay at sunrise. I have dropped a tulip hood down a hundred foot out cropping on the blue ridge, and climbed down to get it. I have fallen down mossy rocks next to a waterfall and cradled the camera while almost breaking my back. Who knew it was a full contact hobby.
