Lovely picture, Steve. Great colours.
Thank you very much, David.
Lovely capture, Steve. x
Many thanks, Agnes – and for the fave.
Great, Steven! Love the light you caught in several areas as the clouds moved. (And of course in my ignorance I thought you were calling the mountain ‘muckish’.) The white along the top of Muckish is a type of rock, similar to basalt? Not snow? (fav)
Thank you very much, Jan – and for the fave. Muckish is the English phonetic version of the Irish, An Mhucais, which means pig’s back. The mountain is principally composed of quartz, which appears white where exposed.
Appreciate the education I’m receiving from you, Steve. My husband is ready to travel everywhere you’ve photographed; I’d prefer to catch a flight over the pole and during a rainy time—that could happen anytime?
A beautiful piece of work dear Steve. It looks like a painting.x
