The ruins of the 17th century lodge at Dob Park in North Yorkshire. It’s only about 15 miles from home and yet , it’s the first time I’ve been here. Why is that?

Thanks, Kristina. Yes it is a shame about the house. It only became a scheduled monument in1997. I cannot see it being restored. Any work carried out will be to prevent it getting any worse.
