This Minolta shouldn’t be special. It isn’t worth much. The mercury battery is dead and corroded. The seals are almost non existent. The insides are dusty. It isn’t even digital. Despite all that, it is special. This is the camera my Dad gave to my Mom in 1975 for their first Christmas when they were dating. Over the years, Mom tucked it away and forgot about it until she gave it to me this Christmas. Thirty seven years later.
