The ones that I love out on a walk with me – checking a paddock for winter feed for our larger herd of horses. Could resist taking this when having a break ;)

In the 1990’s photography for me was about SLR’s & dark rooms, it was about printing your shots at 3-6am to ‘beat the light’ in you homemade darkroom to get your shots to press. I worked in music, hair and a little news, but love portraiture. Now I use a digital slr, but try to replicate shot control like in the old film days. I now longer make my living out of photography, but prefer to better my life by embracing a passion ;)

Wonderful group. Lovely shot, Mark :0)

  • it’s funny, such a basic shot – but I get a smile every time I see it! Thanks for your comments Michael, from someone of your quality as a photographer – it means a lot :)

This is brilliant Mark! - I’m so glad that you are a part of our groups! Wonderful shot of your lovely family! -

  • Thanks Keala, I believe I am truely blessed, I have a wonderful family, wonderful home and few financial pressures… but it’s the love in our home that yields the real riches in our life :)

I agree Mark, this is a real ‘feel good’ shot, it immediately brings a smile to the face. Nothing like getting out and about with ‘The Pack’. I need to come visit…lol

  • When we can we do stuff together, we took in a stray a little while ago, so now 4 puppies, but the stray was a 6 month old cattle/kelpie cross, and truely a puppy, he just walked in out of the bush, no collar, no chip, mangy, stinky, full of worms, BHT THE BIGGEST HEART! he’s cleaned up, de-wormed and now part of the pack,.. he expresses his love for his new life all the time – and they all play so happily, old and young :) If you’re ever in SE Qld australia, please drop in for a cuppa ;)
