Kyle Vs. The Double Exposure by Kyle Jerichow

Currently unavailable for purchase

this image is NOT two images photoshopped together. This was done in camera using the Nikon D3s’ ability to take multiple exposures on a single piece of “film.” A function not available on Canon Cameras.

The only editing done on this image was a slight sharpening and a slight color correction because the flash tube was new and was running a little bit more blue than normal.

Taken with a Nikon D3s, 85mm f/1.8 lens, and only one SB-900.

f/5.6
1/250th
ISO: 200

Double Exposure done in Camera.

Lighting information: One SB900 in a Joe McNally soft Box to camera right for exposure 1. I then moved the soft box to camera left for exposure number 2.

this is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy kool, i was sure there was a new editor i hadnt heard of , lol. very nice catch indeed. try it agian lol.

  • When I say done in camera, it does mean just that. There was a slight sharpening and color correction in Aperture, but besides that this is how the image looked on my LCD.
