I am a retired teacher living in Outback Queensland. I live in a small village (17 people) with my husband, a dog and two cats (sometimes three). Our son has recently settled here as well.
I have been writing for over twelve years, poetry, short stories and memoirs mainly. I have had work published on ezines, in anthologies and in journals and magazines. I also compile my own chapbooks and have just completed my third. Now I am working on a companion anthology of flash fiction to sell to the tourists that flock through this area (petrol prices permitting).
I am looking forward to the interactin with this group as, being so far from larger centers, there is little opportunity to learn from likeminded groups in this area.
